Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing the plugin, using this website, or submitting an advertising campaign, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Early access

mintyfresh.ai is in early access and provided free of charge. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and delivery is not guaranteed. No payments are collected from advertisers and no cash payouts are made to creators during early access; any “Mints,” earnings, or performance figures shown are illustrative previews, not a promise of value or live statistics.

3. Plugin & creators

The ComfyUI plugin is licensed under the GNU GPL-3.0; the source is auditable and the license text ships with it. Sponsored placements are strictly opt-in, clearly labeled, and can be paused or disabled at any time. You are responsible for complying with the terms of ComfyUI and any other tools you use it alongside.

4. Advertisers

• You must have the right to run the creative you submit and to advertise the product or service it links to.
• Every creative is manually reviewed before it can serve. We may approve, reject, pause, or remove any campaign at our discretion, including after approval.
• Delivery is measured, not guaranteed to an exact impression count; campaigns stop serving once their purchased volume is met.
• During early access, campaigns are free and no billing occurs. Paid billing, if introduced, will be governed by additional terms you accept at that time.

5. Creative standards

Because ads appear inside other people's creative tools, we hold creatives to a high bar. Prohibited creatives include, without limitation: deceptive or misleading claims, malware or fraudulent schemes, adult or explicit content, hate or harassment, illegal products or services, deceptive “system” or UI impersonation, trademark or copyright infringement, and impersonation of ComfyUI, mintyfresh, or third parties. We may reject anything that harms the creator experience.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to inflate or falsify impressions or clicks, no interference with delivery or measurement, no scraping or overloading our systems, no reverse-engineering beyond what the open-source license permits, and no unlawful use.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the creative content you submit and grant us a limited license to review, host, and display it for the purpose of serving your campaign. The mintyfresh.ai name, logo, website, and non-GPL materials remain our property. The plugin itself is provided under its open-source license.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that delivery figures are exact.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mintyfresh.ai and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Because early access is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero during early access.

10. Affiliation

mintyfresh.ai is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Comfy Org or the ComfyUI project. It uses ComfyUI's public extension APIs as a standard custom node pack.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
